Linked document types

Linked Document Types

To edit linked document types of plan go Settings | Program | Documents Types | Plan | Linked Doc. Types. In this panel you can create, delete and edit document types, directly linked to the document type of plan that you would like to determine.

Linked document types are divided in different sub-panels by a subject area. If you define a document type, it becomes linked to the plan document types. These linked document types will filter (limit) the display and the participation of certain document types in the document type of plan.

000001.gif In sub-panels of the Linked Doc. Type panel you have to select a certain document types. If you do not make a selection, the program will take all document types of a certain subject area as  selected (subject areas of purchase, sales and work orders).

Purchase Orders In this panel you can select document types of purchase orders that will be used in the calculation of the plan.
Sales Orders In this panel you can select document types of sales orders that will be used in the calculation of the plan.
Allocations
In this panel you can select document types of work orders that will be used for the allocation of non-issued components of work order in the calculation of the plan.
Manufacturing
In this panel you can select document types of work order that will be used for the unfinished (not received) quantity of products from work orders in the calculation of the plan.
Plans
In this panel you can select document types of the plan that will be used in the scheduled planning for the creation of product, semi-finished product and material requirements. If you do not set these linked document types, the program will in the scheduled planning use only document types of plan for which the calculation will be activated.
