Position history

Two reports showing the employee position history are:

Report can be made by selecting the following criteria:

Sex You can limit the report to the sex of employees, to female or male or any (both). You select the desired option in the Sex section.
Employees You can limit the report to an individual employee.
Employment Relationship You can limit the report to a type of employment relationship.
Departments You can limit the report to a department.
Cost Center You can limit the report to a cost center.
Education You can limit the report to the level of employee's education.
Occupation You can limit the report to the occupation.
Positions You can limit the report to the position of employment.
Period From - To You can limit the report to the period of working hours.
Postal Area You can limit the report to the postal zone (area of employee's living).
Municipality You can limit the report to the municipality (place of employee's living).
Marital Status You can limit the report to the marital status of employees (i.e. single, married, etc.).
All Statuses You can limit the report to the status of employees, i.e. ex-employee, now employed, all employees. You can select the status from the lookup list.
Citizenship You can limit the report to the citizenship of employees.
Length of Service Incr. You can limit the report to the length of service increase.
Payout Location You can limit the report to the payout location.
Age From - To You can limit the report to the age of your employees.
Tax Relief (%) You can limit the report to the % of employee's personal tax relief.
Custom Field You can limit the report based on the selected value of any Custom Field.
Empl. Start From - To You can limit the report to the employment start of the employee in your company.
Employed to From - To You can limit the report to the end of the employment for a limited duration.
Empl. End From - To You can limit the report to the end of the employment in your company.
Employed From - To You can limit the report to employees employed in your company in a certain period.
Sort by A You can limit the report to the concept by which you would like to sort the report.
Sort by B You can limit the report to the concept by which you would like to sort the report.
Type You can limit the report to the type of employee's education.
Overtime Work You can limit the report to the overtime work. Meaning, if an employee is allowed to work overtime.
Employment Type You can limit the report to the employment type of employees. This information is entered in Employment Records of employees.
Value From - To You can limit the report to the value.
Date of Birth From - To You can use this criterion if you would like to print birthday cards for employees. First, you can select from the calendar the period for which you would like the program to print birthday cards. If you will not select the period, the program will print birthday cards for all employees in the current year.
You can also use this option if you would like to report all employees with a birthday in a certain period.
Resid. Permit From - To The Resid. Permit From - To option  can be used to set additional criteria to foreign employees. You can limit the report to employees to whom residence permission will run out in a certain period.
Work Permit From - To The Work Permit From - To option  can be used to set additional criteria to foreign employees. You can limit the report to the period in which employees' work permission will run out.
Employed As Of You can limit the report to the start of the employment in your company.
Active Only If checked the report will show only active employees.

 

Report:

3AS - Position History by Employees - we can monitor the history of position for a specific employee.

3AU - Custom fields History - we can monitor the history of custom fields for the specific employee
