E-Mail and SMS Templates
E-Mail Templates
Here you can create templates for sending mails or SMS to your customers.
New template is inserted by clicking on button 
in task bar and saved by clicking button 
.

- Animal Owner -> For sending mails from Owner/Animal report (Animal Owner)
- Animal -> For sending mails from Owner/Animal report (Animals -> Dasic data)
- Treatment -> For sending mails from Treatment Reports
- Appointmen SMS - For sending SMS from appointments

Enter email address of one or more recipients of copies, separated by a semicolon. |

Enter email address of one or more recipients of hidden copies, separated by a semicolon.

| Variables |
Shows list or variables that user can choose from. User can with double click enters variable where his cursor is active. List of variables is changing regarding in which field are you entering text. Xou can choose between following Variables:
- Animal Breed - enter breed of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Animal Category - enter category of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Animal Date of Birth -- enter date of birth of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Animal ID - enter ID of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Animal Name - enter name of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Animal Owner - enter Owner ID into text
- Animal Sex - enter sex of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Current date - Enter current date into text
- Owner's Last Name - enter Owner's Last Name into text
- Owner's name - Enters Owner's First name into text
- Passport No. - enter Passport number of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
- Procedure date - enter procedure date into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification
