File Transfer

Remote support makes it easy to transfer files. In this way, a support specialist can download the latest wizard for you, help you install new versions of financial reports, and/or download the DataLabError.db and .mb files, which are used for diagnosing PANTHEON errors.

To transfer files, it is enough to grab the file and drag (using the drag and drop method) it onto the Remote support window

On the other side, with the user, a box with a question appears, asking if we accept the file.
