Print Document Range

Print Document Range

On Print Document Range form you can display or print more than one set-off document.

A form Print Document Range can be triggered via the Set-Off document form by clicking the  (Wizards) button and selecting the Print Document Range.

A description of form and fields are the same as in Set-Off Reports here are only descriptions of fields that are new on this form.

Status

From drop-down menu select status of set-offs you want to capture in printout.

Sort By

In this section select how to sort documents:

  • Document Number
  • Customer
  • Supplier

Merge

If checked program will merge documents into one PDF.

Report

By clicking on this button report of document range is created.

Send

By clicking on this button the report of document range is sent.

Print

By clicking on this button the report of document range is printed.

 

In lower section Report Type you have a options of reports you can print for set-offs which are described in chapter Set-Off Reports.
