HOW TO SPECIFY VALUES OF VARIABLES

To access Employment record variables open Personnel l Employee Files | General l Employment Record l Length of Service. They are displayed in the Variable column in Lenght of Service section.

Reference variables in Employment record by specifying #name of variable#.

 

Let us say that you would like to reference the variable Length of service from last start with this employer in days. That is, enter #ZVVP#.

DDIP Length of service for other employers in days
BDIP Length of service increase for other employers in days
DDVP Length of service for this employer in days
KDZD Purchase length of service in days
BKZD Purchase length of service increase in days
ODZD Other length of service in days
BOZD Other length of service increase in days
ZDDS Total length of service in days
