Receiving to warehouse with serial numbers - MF

The form Enter serial numbers allows you to enter serial numbers for products or semi-products that have serial number tracking.

It is a part of Receive form and is opened automatically when item with serial number tracking is being received.

This chapter describes how to receive product with serial number tracking.

CASE SUMMARY The person responsible wants to recieve finished semi-products with serial number tracking. This is done as follows: Opening the form MF Work orders Selecting the WO to be processed Reporting the quantities received Entering serial numbers Confirming the receiving of products

1. Opening the form MF Work orders

In PANTHEON Web Terminal, the person responsible ogs in and the form Work orders opens, with all the WOs created in the period of one year.

Next, they select the WO to be processed.

2. Selecting the WO to be processed

They want to receive the product with serial number tracking LARA9.

To search for the WO, they use the Search bar and enter LARA9.

All WOs that contain LARA9 are displayed

From the list of WOs, they click the WO card with the WO number 24-6000-000027.

This opens the form Operations, where the cards of the planned work operations are displayed.

Then they click the button Receive to open the form Receive.

Next, they can report quantities received on the WO.

3. Reporting the quantities received

In the manufacturing process, three (3) good piecse been produced. 

In the field Produced, they enter the quantity produced: 3.

As soon as the quantity is entered in the field, the Enter serial numbers form opens.

They continue to enter the serial numbers.

4. Entering serial numbers

Item LARA9 has serial number tracking set as S - One serial number is one piece. This means that each item produced must have its own unique serial number.

The person responsible uses tool for serial number multiplication.

In the field Prefix, they enter prefix L9.

In the field Serial no., they enter 24070201.

In the field Quantity, they enter 3.

They click on the Multiply button to create the serial numbers.

Created serial numbers are displayed on the list.

They click on Confirmation button to confirm selected serial number.

They continue to confirm the receiving.

5. Confirming the receiving of a semi-product

To finish the receiving of products with assigned serial numbers they click on Confirm receiving button.

When the products have been successfully received, the window Information is displayed showing the message: "Receiving successfully finished."

They click the button OK.
