Functionality New animal allows the entry of a new animal into The register of owners and animals. By clicking this button when entering an appointment, the Owner/Animal entry window opens.

Below we show you the entry of a new animal when entering the animal examination appointment.

CASE DESCRIPTION
Owner Peter Pritlikavi will bring his new dog to the veterinary clinic for the first time. He called the reception and booked an appointment. The responsible person at the reception wants to enter the animal into the register of owners and animals from the new appointment entry. This is done in the following steps:
- Appointment entry
- New animal
- Entering animal data

1. Appointment entry
The responsible person creates a new appointment entry as described in the chapter Appointment entry.
Continues with the entry of the new animal of the selected subject into the register of owners and animals.
2. New animal
On the form Appointment, the responsible person clicks the button 
(New animal) opens the form Owner/Animal entry.
A new empty position for entering animal data is automatically created.
Continues to enter data for the new animal.
