Commute Routes

Commute Routes

Here you can monitor and set employee fees for commuting. Data that you enter here is transferred to the Payroll module. You can access this register by right-clicking the corresponding field in Employee Files | Position/Salary| Salary Parameters.

 

Enter the following fields:

Route ID Enter a route ID.
Description Enter a short description of route.

Finally, you can set additional data in the bottom section:

Date Set a valid date of a specific route. The program will automatically use valid data in payroll accounting.
Value Enter price of a monthly transportation pass for return on commuting.

This way the data will be retrieved from register and entered in payroll accounting if the following requirements are met:
