Reports
The Reports feature is used to print an inventory list based on the selected inventory type (fixed assets or small tools). This list can be provided to the inventory committee for review and includes space for three separate employee signatures to approve the inventory list.
By default, the system opens the last selected report format. Three different formats are available, depending on the required report contents.
The Reports can be accessed by selecting Financials | Fixed assets | Inventory Count | IN00 – Fixed Asset Inventory Count | Reports

Reports consist of the following formats:
| 00F – Fixed Asset Count |
Generates a basic inventory list of fixed assets or small tools for counting purposes, without additional details. |
| 00V – Fixed Asset Inventory with Quantity |
Includes the Quantity of fixed asset or small tools in the report, which is entered in the Header. |
| 00W – Fixed Asset Count with Note |
The inventory list includes notes, which were entered in the Note field in the Items section. This allows the recorded comments or observations for each item to be seen on the report. |

Fields Quantity and Note can be added and filled-in in the Items section of the inventory count.
