Requests

The Requests tab in Work records is used for tracking all requests made by the logged-in user/employee.
Employee can submit a request for approval using an eWorkflow, and their superior will receive it in Tasks for confirmation or as an information. The employee can track the status of the request in real time (e. g. waiting for confirmation, rejected etc.).

Below is a description of the form’s features:
The toolbar in Requests shows Work records tabs: My records, Attendance and Leave.
On the right, there is an action button for the Attendance tab:
Add request

Opens the Add request form for creating a new request for absence. |
In the header, you can filter the requests list using the following search fields:
Request type
|
Type of absence request (e.g. annual leave, sick leave, etc.)

Request date
|
Date of request submission.
|
Start |
Start date of absence. |
End
|
End date of absence.
|
Comment (Employee) |
Comment made by employee in relation to the request. |
Comment (Superior) |
Comment made by superior in relation to the request. |
Superior |
Name of superior responsible for confirming this request. |
Status |
Request status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Informed. |
The list shows requests submitted by employees and the dates of submission.
