Resources 

 

 

The Resources tab provides a link between an asset and its corresponding equipment entry in the Resources register. It is visible only when the asset has been defined as Equipment in the Resources register. The data displayed in this tab is read-only and cannot be modified.

The Resources tab is particularly useful for organizations that use resource planning or operational equipment tracking, as it provides a reference point to verify how the asset is represented and managed within the broader resource management system.

The Resources tab can be accessed in the Fixed assets and Small Tools registers.

Examples of how to use the Resources tab are described on the corresponding pages of the User Manual.

 

 

The Resources tab consists of the following functional units:

Resource

Displays the Resource number assigned to the asset in the Resources register. This number is used to uniquely identify the resource entry.

Double-clicking the field opens the related record in the Resources register, allowing further inspection or navigation to additional operational data, if needed.
Name The Name of the asset as entered in the Resources register.
