Ridlling
Ridlling
This is the task usually which is usually done with sparkling wines. Additionally, this is a task which is like Disgorging and Labeling done on already bottled wines. Practically, this is a process where bottles are turned around periodically, so sediment can fall down.
Starting the task is via right click of the mouse on the cellar graphic overview:

Task contains detailed information about wine and the task. If information on wine, not the task, was already recorded on previous task, it will be transfered to next one.
