Additional functions of the set-off preparation panel can be called by a right mouse click in individual items. The options are:

  • Open Post – it opens a journal entry for document posting.
  • Open Document – it opens a document.
  • Open Linked Document – it opens a linked document.
  • Open Document – Automatic posting – it opens a document that has been posted automatically.
  • Move All - move all the documents from the Outstanding Rec. / Payables items to Receivables / Payables.
  • Move Selected - pressing Ctrl and clicking the mouse can individually mark documents and move them in Receivables / Payables.
  • Move Whole Linked Document - move all the documents with the same linked document.
