Fruit growing cycles

Before user starts to record daily tasks, he has to open production cycles for wach sort. Once he creates production cycles, he can enter daily tasks and material used through daily tasks window and gets own price calculation at the end, He also get calculation for material usage for specific land parcel.

When user inserts production cycles, he has to plan produced quantity. This is just an informative value. User can record tasks and material usage as long as procution cycle is opened. Whe user inserts quantity of harvested prorduct, production cycle will close automatically, if harvested quantity is the same or larger that planned quantity. 

Production Cylces of Fruit

Product You select a product that you will be producing from drop-down list. Items in drop-down list are filtered. You can only see items that have primary classification AP. With douple click on item, an items window will open.
Cycle, ID ID of a cycle is set automatically, according to item and year of entry. Text can be manually edited. Wth double click on the field, you can open cost centers (production cycle is a production cycle).
Description Description is set automatically, based on item and year of entry. Text can be edited manually.
Planned quantity Information about planned production quantity. This field calculates all quantity on all inserted fields.
Unit Unit of measurement for product.
Date Entered Date of production cycle entry. By default, today's date is selected.
Planned Start Date of planned production cycle start. By default, today's date is selected.
Planned End Date of planned production cycle end.
Status

Status of production cycle. More than one is possible:

  • Open: production cycle is opened, but no tasks has been recorded to it.
  • In progress: production cycle is opened, tasks has been recorded to it, but product hasn't been harvested.
  • Closed: harvest has been inserted on production cycle and you can't add any more tasks. If you want to insert additional tasks, you have to manually change status.
Type of cultivation

Field to choose a type of cultivation. You have more options: Conventional, In transition, Organic.

Permanent crop Information, if crop is permanent or not. For fruit production, field is marked automatically.
Work Order

Work order nubmer. Work order is created automatically, based on Pantheon SE production. With double click, work order will open, with all information from production.

Plant group, phenology Setting phenology group for the Monitoring > Phenology module

 

Rows

When production cycle is inserted, individual fields need to be allocated to individual cycle. You can choose from exisitng fields, or add a new one (by typing new name of a field).

Row (Crop Area) Drop-down list contains a list of exisiting Crop Area`s (CA`s), where you can pick an exisiting CA, or you can add a new CA. Row is represented by CA.
Parcel

If you picked already created CA, Parcel will be selected automatically.

If you are adding new subdivision, you need to enter parcel from drop-down list. If you don't see correct land parcel, you need to insert it to Settings|Agricultural Holding|Fields, where correct land use has to be chosen.

Crop Area ID Crop Area ID is created automatically from parcel ID and serial nubmer.
Area (ha) Area of CA.
Amount Amount of trees in CA.
Max Amout Maximal amount of trees in CA.
Rootstock Rootstock is chosen from drop-down list. New rootstock can be added to Rootstock codebook. Within this codebook rootstock has to be assigned to Secondary classification of an Item.
Year Planted Year of planted orchard.
First Fert. Year Qear of orchard's first crop of products.
Planting System Planting system of orchard.
Cultivation form Cultivation form of orchard.
Row Spacing (m) Space between rows in the orchard.
Sowing Distance (m) Sowing distence in the row in orchard.
Between Blocks (m) Distance between blocks.
Value of New Crop

Value of new crop (especially important for FADN reporting).

Orentation Orientation of the area where orchard is planted.
Slope (%) Slope of the orchard if it is in the hill.
Fruiting Wood The height of fruiting wood.
Graft Union (m from ground) Graft union height of trees in orchard.
