Import Salary Data

Data Source
    • Import from Database - If you select this option, you would like the program will read data from the database;
    • Import from Text File - If you select this option, you would like the program to read data from a text file.
Path to Attendance Database In the Path to Attendance Database field you can set a path of data from the program in order to track attendance of your employees.
000001.gif You are required to set the path, in order to be able to import data to the attendance record!

Time Terminal

Line In the Line field you can enter the Items ID of the device.
Description In the Description field you can enter the description of the device.
Device ID In the Device ID you can enter the DIP switch (HW address of the device) of the device.
Host In the Host field you can enter the name of the computer where you would like to run Risc32ms.exe - if you use the 4poti time terminal. 
IP For more information see Port.
Port in the Port field you can select the port to which the device is connected:
If you in the the COM section select the TCP/IP option, you have to enter in the IP field the IP address of the device, and in the Port field the number of the TCP socket (4660 or 4661)
If a COM is required as a port, you have to leave the IP field blank and select a COM in the COM Port section to which the device is connected, and the communication speed (Baud rate).
Database for Transfer of Manufacturing to Payroll Preparation In the Database for Transfer of Manufacturing to Payroll Preparation field you can set a database from which data will be transferred. If the database is not entered, the program will use the currently active database.
