E-mail form

The email form can be opened from any report in PANTHEON by clicking the
(Send by e-mail) button. By default, a report of the document from which the form was opened is downloaded as an attachment.

1. Toolbar
The toolbar can be used to manage the e-mail form.

2. Sending
Clicking the Send button sends the generated email to the selected recipient.
3. Clipboard
The clipboard contains tools for editing the text of the message.
Contains the following tools:
- Paste (Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut)
- Cut (Ctrl+X keyboard shortcut)
- Copy (Ctrl+C keyboard shortcut)
- Select all (Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut)
4. Text editor
The text editor contains six sections for editing the text of the message:

Tools for selecting fonts, size, color, font format, input mode, symbol selection, etc. |
Paragraph |
Tools for formatting paragraphs, marking, numbering, etc. |
Editing |
Tools for undoing and redoing, searching through the text and changing passwords. |
Hyperlink |
A tool for managing hyperlinks in the text. |
Pictures |
A tool for inserting image files into the text. |
Attachments |
A tool for uploading attachments to the message. |
5. Details about the email message
In this section, we enter information about the recipients, the sender and the subject matter of the email message.
From |
The default sender and server for the email is entered in Program parameters | Internet. |
First and last name |
An optional field for entering the first and last name of the person sending the message. |
To |
A field for entering one or several recipients. We separate the entries with semicolons. Recipients can also be added using the selection table. |
Cc. |
If you are sending a report to two or more people (e.g., a client and a superior) and you want the primary recipient (in our case the client) to know about the secondary recipient, enter the address of the secondary recipient in the Cc. field. |
Bcc. |
If you are sending a report to two or more people (e.g., in the Loyalty Program) and you do not want all recipients to know about the other recipients, enter the address of those recipients in the Bbc. field. |
Subject |
The title of the report that is being sent is written out by default. If we are sending a document (Goods, Orders...), the internal number of the document being sent is entered additionally. It can be edited as desired. |
Attachments |
The name of the file that we attached or has been automatically attached is displayed. |
6. Text of the message
We can enter any text into the Message text field. The default text of the message can be entered for the individual user of the program (see Personal Settings), and it is then used as the default text for all messages sent by the user.

WARNING
If a subject does not have a single email address entered in the Subjects register, they will NOT appear in the left drop-down menu!
