Separate Figures
The Separate Figures tab shows all the collected data containing also accounts entered under excluded.
You can add posts manually in the bottom Manual Posts section.
The Separate Figures tab appears on the document type created for Consolidated Financials statements.
Here is a description of this tab:

Affiliated Company
|
The affiliated company to which the post is related.
|

Account
|
The account code where the transactions displayed are posted.
|
|
Name
|
Here, the name of the account is displayed.
|
|
Opening DR
|
The amount of posts to the debit side on an opening entry. The opening document type is for this purpose entered in the Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies.

Opening CR
|
The amount of posts to the credit side on an opening entry. The opening document type is for this purpose entered in the Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies.

|
Transactions DR
|
It shows debit transactions in the selected period.
|
|
Transactions CR
|
It shows credit transactions in the selected period.
|
|
Balance DR
|
It displays the debit balance.
|
|
Balance CR
|
It displays the credit balance.
|
|
Manual posts
|
Can be entered for additional posts which are not included in the regular posts.
