Double click ID field to open CIS register (Classification of Institutional Sectors. Or, open it in the Subjects register (General).

To include lines in an EXCEL file to be submitted to AJPES (regardless of whether it is an input field or total amount), you have to check Include in fin. accounts. That is, check them before trying to create a report for the first time. You cannot change the settings in the Financial Accounting Statistcs module.

 

Example:

Let us say that that you only want to include S.11 and S.12 in the form. First click Deselect All and check Show for S.11 and S.12.

Only the selected CIS appear in the forms:

But when creating a final report you want to show all columns included in the EXCEL file and which have Include in fin. accounts checked in the register.

Thus all CIS contained in the EXCEL file that you submit to AJPES are included in the form (that is, if they are set in the CIS register):
