Settings
The Settings tab of the Mailroom form displays all events on the mailbox and their data.
Every document that enters or leaves the Mailroom is logged in this tab, including details such as the time of the event, direction, document key from the DMS, external document ID, and the user who created the event.
Below is a description of tab's features.

This field displays the time the event was logged. |
| Key |
Displays the unique document key identifier from the PANTHEON DMS. |
| Direction |
Displays the direction of the event. There are two options:
- Incoming - The event was received from outside location (email, web service, ftp, ... ) into PANTHEON.
- Outgoing - The event was sent from PANTHEON to outside location (email, web service, ... )

| Date |
Displays the time of creation of the document. |
| Mailbox |
Displays the name of the mailbox linked to the event. |
| External ID |
Displays the external ID of the document that was received through the mailbox. For example, file name, etc. |
| Document ID |
Displays document ID number. |
| User |
Displays the name of the user that created the event. |
