Vehicle Register
In Code Table for Vehicle Register, we can see all the vehicles that we have it entered in the register of Fixed Assets as a fixed asset of the company where we write in the subtype as company vehicle and enter the license plate
In Code Table for Vehicle Register, we can manually enter the rest of the vehicles, which are not fixed assets for example private vehicle, etc.
Vehicles from the Code Table we can select from the program fields written below:

License Plate

The program will automatically displayed the license plates of all the vehicles from the fixed assets register from the field License Plate.
In case we change the license plate here, it will also change in the Fixed Assets register.
In case the vehicle is marked as fixed asset, we can access the Fixed Assets register with the double click in the field license plate.
We can enter the data here manually.

Description

The program automatically enters the description of all the vehicles from the Fixed Assets register form the field Name. In case we change the Name, it will also change in the Fixed Assets register.

We enter ID here manually for tracking vehicles.

The program will offer as predefined confirmed checker for FA in case the vehicles is entered in the Fixed Asset register and the subtype is marked as Trailer , we can select the license plate from the register.
In case we change the license plate here, it will also change in the Fixed Assets register.
We can enter the data here manually.

If it is a leased vehicle, we confirm the switch in this field. |

Active
|
If the vehicle is marked as active  in the Fixed Assets register, than the program will offer it as confirmed checker .

The checker in Fixed Assets its automatically checked and we cannot change it. Its meant only for reading.

In the field, we define the type of engine. |
