Show only active
Display only active or only inactive records of anamnesis in Anamnesis codebook the responsible person can review using the checkbox Show only active.
The functionality is located in the menu Veterinary | Codebooks | Anamnesis codebook.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person wants to review active and inactive records of anamnesis in the anamnesis codebook. They do this by following these steps:
- Opening Anamnesis codebook
- Checkbox Show only active

1. Opening Anamnesis codebook
The responsible person selects the menu Veterinary | Codebooks | Anamnesis codebook.
The codebook with pre-prepared entries of various anamneses opens.
2. Checkbox Show only active
Checkbox 
(Show only active) is checked by default.
When the box is checked, as shown in the image below, only active records are displayed in the list.
In our case, however, the responsible person wants to review both active and inactive records. For this purpose, they uncheck the box or deselect the checkbox (as shown in the image below).
Thus, inactive records are also displayed in the list, such as anamnesis code 39 - Control.
