Selecting trade union, opens the Trade Union panel. Use it to keep records of union membership fees, which are paid to a certain union. The data you have entered here can be selected in the Trade Union panel in Employee Files.

Here you can enter following data:

ID
 Set an alphanumeric ID of union membership fee.
Earnings Type
 Enter or select an earnings type for membership fee in salary calculation.
% of Base
 Enter % value of base (it is used with all earnings types used for membership fee).
Factor
 Enter % value of factor of membership fee being paid from base.
Bank
 Enter or select an account from the list of bank accounts the union has opened at the bank. The membership fee will be transferred to it.
Bank Account
 Enter or select account number.
