Tab SMS for sending enables an overview of SMS messages that are prepared for sending to clients. The messages are sent to remind clients of the scheduled appointment for treatment or vaccination of animals or other content that we want to communicate to clients.

The tab is located on the form Sending SMS messages, which is accessible on the form Reception.

We have prepared user instructions for you, which are divided into the following chapters:

Disable SMS sending for the selected subject If a client does not wish to be notified via SMS sending of messages, we exclude them from the sending list. In this chapter, we have prepared an example for you on how to use the functionality to disable SMS sending to a selected subject.
Use For sending SMS messages, we can first prepare text templates, which we select from the dropdown list before sending and easily correct or use.
Send SMS for vaccination Some vaccinations for animals are repeated periodically, where it is important (rabies) that owners do not miss the date of the next scheduled date. The functionality of sending SMS for vaccination allows notifying owners about the renewal of animal vaccinations or scheduling for re-vaccination.
Send SMS for appointment Clients may have been scheduled for an appointment for examination or treatment some time ago. To avoid work interruptions, we can notify them about the upcoming appointment date via SMS.
