The following is set for line with ID 1.1 in the Register panel:

After clicking line 1.1, open Allocated Posts panel. Here you can see displayed all posts matching the selected criteria. For sake of transparency only a few posts are included here:

Thus you can viewall posts matching the criteria selected in the Register panel. The following information can be found here: account, date, ID of journal entry, document and amount. The total amount is displayed here. The transfer amount is equivalent to the one you set in the Register panel.

Let us say that you for example specfied for account group 78% that only 50% of bookkeeping value is to be included in the report. In order to make the example as transparent as possible, only one line was posted to the 78% group of accounts. The total posted amount is €2,000,000 but only €1,000,000 is offered in the Transfer field.

Transfer selected data to the Report panel. To do this, mark the posts by checking Selected. The transfer amount is displayed in the corresponding column in the Report box. You can change it manually.

We selected all posts. According to the settngs. only 50% of the posted amount will be transferred. In addition, in the last line we change the amount transferred from €120 to €100.

Clicking Allocate Selected sorts and enters posts in the Report panel.

The following posts will be displayed in the Allocated Posts panel next time you click line 1.1 in the Register panel. Moreover, you have to check the appropriate Hide option:

1. Having checked Entirely Allocated, displays only partially allocated posts:

2. On the other hand, having checked Partially Allocated, displays all posts which are entirely allocated:
