List of Employees to Pay

On the bases of payroll calculation, we can report the list of employees for signing, which can be useful:

​We can set the following criteria’s:

 

Pay Slip

Number of the pay slip.

Employee

We can limit the report on one or specific employees.

Department

We can limit the report on a specific department.

Cost Center

We can limit the report on a specific cost center.

Amount Type

We can enter the amount type we would like to display on the report. We can select between:

  • Gross
  • Net
  • Payout

“Employees with Gross Salary 0”

We confirm the checkbox, if we would like the report with the employees that have 0 Gross Salary.

Sort by

We can sort the report by:

Payout Method

We can limit the report by payout method.

Payout Location

We can limit the report by payout location.

Sending Mode

We can limit the report by sending mode

Custom Fields

We can limit the report by custom fields.
