SQL Server Jobs

SQL Server Jobs

A SQL Server job is a series of steps executed by SQL Server to automate routine maintenance and operational tasks. Jobs can be created using Enterprise Manager or T-SQL commands and scheduled to run automatically at specified times.

Refresh Stock Configure a scheduled job to refresh stock-related data, including quantities, serial numbers, prices, and document balances.
E-Mail Reminders for Overdue Receivables Configure automatic e-mail notifications to remind customers about overdue receivables and outstanding balances.
DB Maintenance Plan Set up database maintenance tasks such as backups, index optimization, and integrity checks to help ensure database performance and reliability.

Warning

SQL Server Agent must be running to execute jobs.
