The Subjects register contains information on all the entities that the company does business with: customers, suppliers, carriers and other entities, both legal or natural persons.

The list of subjects allows you to view the subjects entered in the register and to check and edit their data.

| Quick add subject |
The function Quick add subject enables you to search for the subject's details in an external database (AJPES) using the name or tax number. This way, the data of the selected subject can be automatically transferred to the register.

Import subjects is a feature that allows you to batch import subjects into a register using a predefined structure. Using the import subject feature can save you a lot of time, e.g. when migrating data from other systems or databases.
