Subscription for eExchange

In this chapter, we present the process of ordering the eBusiness service eExchange.
Registered PANTHEON users are provided with a free BizBox Mailbox for the exchange of electronic documents. The eExchange package can be used for electronic exchange of various document types (such as eInvoice, eOrder, eDelivery Note, etc.). Receiving documents is free of charge, while the cost of sending depends on the selected package.

hint

For detailed information about package pricing and the specific terms of using eExchange services, please visit Datalab’s website.
To learn more or place an order, feel free to contact our consultants at +386 1 252 89 50 or sales@datalab.si.

Case summary

At the company Tecta, they want to send and receive eInvoices. For this purpose, the responsible person orders the appropriate eExchange package. This is done in the following steps:

  1. Access the User Pages

  2. Select the eExchange Service

  3. Review the available eExchange Service packages

  4. Review and confirm the terms, then place the order

  5. Sign the documents using BetrSign

1. Access the User Pages

The responsible person logs in to the Usersite pages and selects My Data | Order Additional Services.

important

The Order Additional Services page on the Usersite is also accessible directly from PANTHEON. Detailed instructions can be found here.

2. Select the eExchange Service

The Order Additional Services page opens, where they select eExchange Service – MORE INFORMATION AND ORDER.

The eExchange Service Order page opens, displaying information about the company, its legal representative, and the service packages.

important

To order the service, accurate information about the company’s legal representative must be entered. Upon ordering, the representative will receive the document for signing, and a password to access the document will be sent to their mobile number. Detailed instructions for adding or editing the legal representative’s information can be found here.

3. Review the available eExchange Service packages

After entering the legal representative’s information, they proceed to review the eExchange packages.
By clicking the arrow next to a specific package, a detailed description of the package and a link to the current price list are displayed.

By clicking the toggle switch, they select the package according to the expected monthly number of transactions within the ZZI network.

The table displays the selected package and price.

hint

The company can switch packages within a specific service at any time; however, the change will take effect on the first day of the following month. Until the end of the current month, the customer retains the existing package.

4. Review and confirm the terms, then place the order

They review the special terms of service and, by checking the confirmation box, guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of the legal representative’s information.

By clicking the Order Service button, the legal representative receives the service agreement for signing via email.

5. Sign the documents using BetrSign

The Legal representative receives a link to the documents for the ordered service via email and a password to access the document on their mobile phone.
Once the document is signed, the ordered service is activated.

important

For a detailed guide on signing documents using the BetrSign service, follow the instructions at this link.

6. Registering on bizBox

The Tecta company has ordered the eInvoice package. Now, they must complete (if they have not already) a free registration on bizBox.

By registering, the company receives:

  • User name: NAME.SURNAME
  • and sets a password for access.
HINT
  • You can also watch the process of registration on YouTube.
  • You can access the webinar "How to simply begin sending and receiving eInvoices" HERE.
  • You can find answers to frequently asked questions HERE.

After successfully registering on bizBox and acquiring the user name and setting the password, the company defines required settings on the mailbox for sending and/or receiving on the Administration Panel | Settings | Documentation | Mailboxes (as seen in the image below) to ensure a successful link to the bizBox Mailbox.

important

After completing the settings, the person responsible moves on to other eExchange Settings.
