You can navigate through documents with the taskbar. The taskbar contains the following functions:

Navigation buttons
016693.gif		 Using the navigation buttons, you can delete records, add records, and browse and search for documents (see Navigation buttons). 

Deleting is not possible if:

 (Search)		 Search - Clicking on the  016696.gif icon will open a special lookup window. Here, you can search for, sort, or filter existing records in the database by internal number, date, date of invoice, date of VAT, due date, customer, recipient, warehouse, amount for salary, currency, first and second linked document, type of payment, delivery, clerk.
Templates 
016697.gif		 This button opens the menu for template settings.
Wizards

If the customer has the prepayments open, the program responds with an IRIS message: The customer has the prepayments open!
Import/export data
