HE Print to PDF
The HE Print to PDF block is used to print the documents of the Goodsand Orders modules (invoices, packing slips, purchase orders …) to a PDF file.
The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | Goods/Orders.

WARNING
The predefined workflow blocks serve as a basis for creating company-specific workflows.

Double-clicking the HE Print to PDF block opens the block settings.

Printout (report)
|
From the drop-down list, select the report format that will be printed to the PDF file.
You can select from order and invoice report formats.

Path to files
|
Specify the location where the printed PDF file is saved. Click the  (three dots) icon to select the corresponding folder for saving.
