Tools structure

The Tools structure section of the Tools register displays all the company’s tools and their data.
Using the filters, the tools displayed can be narrowed down.
By selecting the resource in the table, all data can be reviewed or edited in the Tabs section of the register.

Below is a description of the form’s features.
Using the filters in this section, you can narrow down the resources displayed in the table.
Tool

Enter or select the tool you want to have displayed in the table.

Cost ctr.
|
Enter or select the Cost center by which you want to filter the tools in the table.
|
Department
|
Enter or select the Department by which you want to filter the tools in the table.
|
Status
|
Enter or select the status of the tool by which you want to filter the resources in the table.
- ALL - if selected, displays all tools
- Active - if selected, displays only active tools
- Inactive - if selected, displays only inactive tools
- Maintenance - if selected, displays only tools currently in maintenance

By clicking the button, you use the filters selected in this section.

In this section, the tools and their data are displayed according to the filters set.
Picture
|
By clicking the icon, the picture of the tool is displayed.

Tool |
Displays the ID and the name of the tool from the Small Tools register. |
Department
|
Displays the Department of the tool.
|
Cost Ctr.
|
Displays the Cost center of the tool.
|
Owner
|
Displays the owner of the tool.
|
No. of Nests
|
Displays the number of nests of the tool. |
Piston Diameter |
Displays the diameter of piston. |
Is scheduled |
If checked, the tool is used in scheduling. |
Next Maintenance |
Displays the working hours left, or the number of items that can be produced before the next maintenance. |
Planned Qty. |
Displays the number of items for production, which are currently planned on the resource. |
Status
|
Displays the status of the resource.
