In the Track Completed Work panel you can set parameters to track operations by an individual employee.

Enter Work Only for Employees Related to Operation In the Track Completed Work form you can enter completed work for employees who are linked to an operation, or you can enter operations that are linked to employees.

If you select the Enter Work Only for Employees Related to Operation option, the program will in the Track Completed Work form create a list of work orders for an individual employee with expected operations that are as following:

- operations on resources the selected employee is linked to;
- operations on resources no employee is linked to;
- operations without a resource.

Superiors

In the Superior section you can create a list of employees who can perform the track completed work operation.

Employee Files The user is in the Employee files defined as the superior. On the list of the track completed work the program will also include employees who are not directly subordinated. You can set superiors in the Personnel |Position/Salary | Salary Parameters - in the Superior field.
Resources The user is determined as a superior of employees on a certain resource. On the list of the track completed work the program will include employees who work on the same resource as the superior and employees who are entered on subordinated resources.
Positions of Employment On the list of the track completed work the program will include employees whose position is subordinated to the position of the user of the program. You can determine subordinated employees in the header of the positions of employment register - you simply enter the superior to the selected position.
