Transfer Completed Work by Employees window is intended for transferring operations included in reports from the window for tracking completed work to document of issue.

Main Section

Refresh Data Refreshes data based on the selected criteria.
Transfer Transfers completed work.

 

Transfer Criteria

Employee Select an ID or name of the employee for whom you want to create a report of completed work. You can select only among the actively employed and those related to the operation supposing that the corresponding checkbox (51176.gifEnter Work Only for Employees Related to the Operation) is checked in the Administration Panel
Resource Displays ID of resource where additional operations are carried out.
Operation ID Displays operation ID.
Work From - To Restricts operations by dates.
Hold-up Reason Select a reason for hold-up from Hold-up Types when trying to execute an operation.
Scrap Reason Select a reason for scrap from Scrap Types when trying to execute an operation.
51164.gifNon-Transferred Records If checked, restricts only by non-transferred records.
Earnings Type Select an earnings type when trying to execute an operation.

WO Status

Status Here you can restrict selection according to specific work order status:
  • I-Reserved
  • R-Released
  • D-In Progress
  • E-Partially Complete
  • Check all boxes to restrict selection by all statuses.

 

Document Types

WO document types Here you can restrict selection of work orders according to a specific ID of work order document type.

 

WO Criteria

 WO From - To Restricts selection by a set range of work orders.
Date From - To Restricts selection by dates of creation.
Product ID Restricts selection by a specific product ID.
Start Time From - To Restricts selection by start date and time of work order.
End Time From - To Restricts selection by start date and time of work order.

Sel. If checked, a work order is marked for transfer.
Employee Select a name of employee (or group of employees) carrying out the work.
Author. Person Select a name of a person
WO Displays ID of work order related to record of completed work.
Line Displays work order line number related to the record of complete work.
Line Displays consecutive number of operation in work order.
Operation Displays operation ID
Resource Displays ID of resource where additional operations are being executed.
Date Select or enter a date of issue. The current date is set by default.
Start (1) Displays alternate entry of time using the hh:mm:ss format as defined with start/end, that is, using the dd:mm:yyyy hh:mm:ss format having checked Date Input at Start or End of Operations. 
End (1) Displays alternate entry of time using the hh:mm:ss format as defined with start/end, that is, using the dd:mm:yyyy hh:mm:ss format having checked Date Input at Start or End of Operations.
Time (2) Displays alternate entry of time used as expressed in decimal values.
Time (h) (3) Displays alternate entry of time used as expressed in round values.
Time (min) (3) Displays alternate entry of time used as expressed in minutes.
Time (sec) (3) Displays alternate entry of time used as expressed in seconds.
Good Displays the quantity of "good" operations in reported manufacturing time.
Bad Displays the quantity of "bad" operations in reported manufacturing time.
Hold-up Displays time of hold-up occurring when trying to execute an operation.
Hold-up Reason Displays an ID of hold-up reason when trying to execute an operation.
Scrap Reason Displays reason for scrap when executing an operation.
Earnings Type Displays types of earnings used in work order, that is, the default value as set in the Administration Panel under Settings | Program Parameters|Manufacturing|Work Orders.
Type of Time Displays ID for type of time.
  •  Tpr + Tsu
  •  Tpr
  •  Tsu
  •  Tpr+1xTsu  
Tpr Displays manufacturing time of operation that can be found in product specification.
Tsu Displays closing manufacturing time of operation that can be found in product specification.
Recognized Pieces Displays a recognized quantity (comprised of "good" and bad" as mentioned above) in records of completed work.
Recognized Time Displays recognized manufacturing time in records of completed work.
Note Enter a text describing lines in track completed work. Enter it by clicking 25568.gif. When the item is updated the icon changes to 25570.gif.
