Transfer Employee between Companies

Transfer Employee between Companies

Employees In the Employee field you can enter the employee from Employee files whom you would like to transfer to another company.
End Date The value in the Employment End field will for the first company mean the end date of the employee. In the other company a new record will be created with the employment start that will be one day later. If the End Date field in the employee files  will be blank, the program will not enter Employment End and Employment Start fields.
A click on the Transfer button will start the procedure.
A click on the Finish button will close the 40D - Transfer Employee between Companies form.
Transfer Data In the Transfer Data section are various checkboxes through which you can determine data you would like to transfer.
Mode In the Mode section, you can select the type of transfer:
  • Overwrite All
  • Overwrite Entered
  • Add
Table of Databases In the table you can select the database to which you would like to transfer data.
