In the "Transport" panel, you add data about the transport packaging and the package number, additionally to the basic data from the panel Lines:

17026.gif

Gross Weight gross weight of the line, calculated as a product of quantity from line and gross weight of the item per unit from the items register. Data on such place can also be corrected or added manually - in such case the gross weight per unit is NOT being recorded into the items register.

Gross weight is always calculated per unit from line, regardless the measure unit in the items register or the line.

Net Weight net weight of the line, calculated as the product from line and net weight of the item per unit from the items register. The data can also be calculated or added manually in this place - in such case the net weight is NOT being recorded in the items register.

Net weight is calculated per unit from line, regardless the measuring unit in the items register or line.

Volume volume of the line, calculated as the product of quantity from the line and width, height and depth per unit from the  items register. Data on such place can also be corrected or added manually - in such case the data is NOT being recorded in the items register.

Volume is always calculated per unit from the line, regardless the measuring unit in the items register or the line.

000001.gif Weights and volume PER UNIT are being recorded in the lines of document. In the lines overview, this data is calculated ON THE LINE. Thus you have to include and always multiply with and volume with the quantity in line when creating the reports (see example  Report of net weight, gross weight and volume per quantity in the line).
Packages
number of packages in the line. Select the type of calculation of packages in the parameters. Number of packages can also be rounded up at will.
In the parameters you can also select additional control of divisibility of quantity, shown in the first measuring unit, with another measuring unit (entry of the multiple).
Package No. enter the record number of package, usually AWB (Air Way Bill) and the tracking number of the transporter
