Using Remote Support

In the previous chapter, we saw how to start remote support.

In this chapter, there are subchapters, which outline the use of this mechanism:

Changing the language of communication This chapter describes how to change the language in which Remote support messages and screen forms are displayed.

Conversation between support specialist and user

The support specialist and the user can have an internet chat throughout the entire session.
Desktop Sharing The support specialist cannot look at your computer desktop without your approval. In order for him/her to be able to do anything on your computer, you must give him/her specific permission to do so. This chapter describes the instructions for showing your desktop to a support specialist.
File Transfer Remote support makes it easy to transfer files.
