The Links tab enables you to review linked documents on the Service Order document.

Hint

Linked documents can be easily open by double-clicking on the document number.

 

The panel Links contains the following additional tabs.

1. Orders

This tab displays linked customer orders.

Doc. Name Displays the short name of the sale order document type.
Document Displays the sales order document key.
Date Displays the date of sales order.
Customer Displays the customer from the sales order.
Deliver By Displays the deliver by date from teh sales order.
Amount Due Displays the amount from the sales order.

2. Movements

This tab displays linked goods and service documents.

Type

Displays the type of the movement, either Issue or Receiving.
Doc. Name Displays the short name from goods document type.
Document Displays the document key of the movement document.
Date Displays the date of the movement document.
Inv. Date Displays the invoice date of the movement document.
Consignee Displays the consignee from the movement document.
Issuer Displays the issuer (warehouse) from the movement document.
Department Displays the departement of the movement document.
Value Displays the value of the movement document.
Linked Doc. 1 Displays the first document linked to movement document.
Linked Doc. 2 Displays the second document linked to movement document.

3. Work order

This tab displays linked service work orders.

Work Order Displays the document key of the service work order.
Date Displays the date of work order.
Item Displays the item on the of work order.
Issued Qty Displays the quantity already issued on the work order.
Required Qty Displays the required quantity on the work order.
Deadline Displays the deadline for work order completion.
Order Displays the document key of linked sales order.
Line Displays the line number of the item on sales order.

4. Trip

This tab displays linked trips.

Doc. Name Displays the name of the trips document type.
Document Displays the document key of the Trips document.
Date Displays the date of the document.
Subject  Displays the subject on the document.

5. Tasks

This tab displays linked tasks.

Created Displays the time of the created task.
Created By Displays the person that created the task.
Address Displays the address of the task.
Person in Charge Displays the person in charge of the task.
Deadline Displays the dealine for the task.
Note Displays the task note.

6. Fixed Assets

This tab displays linked Fixed Assets.

Type Displays the type of fixed asset from the Fixed Assets register.
Inventory No. Displays the inventory number from the Fixed Assets register.
Name Displays the name of fixed asset from the Fixed Assets register.
Name 2 Displays the name 2 of fixed asset from the Fixed Assets register.
Acquired Displays the acquisition of fixed asset from the Fixed Assets register.
Quantity Displays the quantity.
Depr. Gr. Displays the depriciation.
Cost Displays the cost.
