Before you start entering daily tasks, production cycle for grapes sort needs to be opened. Each production cycle contains information about tasks and used materials. Production cycle is a link for tasks and used materials calculation that will calculate own price for produced material. For production cycles you also need to allocate land parces which will give you an overview of farms productivity.
When you open a production cycle, you need to determine planned quantity and expected dates of beginning and ending of production cycle. When production cycle is opened, you can record tasks and material usage. Once you harvest a product and harvested quantitiy is bigger than planned quantity, production cycle will close automatically.

Product |
User selects a product that he is producting from drop-down list. Product must be inserted to Items with correct classifiaciton (for grapes it is VN).

Cycle, ID |
Cycle ID is set automatically based on selected item and year of insertion. ID can be edited. With double click on this field Cost Centers. |
Desc. |
Decription is set automatically but can be manually edited. |
Planned Qty |
User inserts planned qunatity. Based on this information production cycles are automatcally closed. |
Unit |
Unit of measurement is recorded automatically from Items. |
Date Entered |
Date of entered production cycle. By default date of entry is written. |
Planned Start |
Date of planned start o production. By default date of entry is written. |
Planned End |
Planned date of harvesting or end of production. |
Date End |
Date when production cycle was closed. |
Status |
Status of production cycle. More than one is possible:
- Open: production cycle is opened, but no tasks has been recorded to it.
- In progress: production cycle is opened, tasks has been recorded to it, but product hasn't been harvested.
- Closed: harvest has been inserted on production cycle and you can't add any more tasks. If you want to insert additional tasks, you have to manually change status.

Type of cultivation |
Field to choose a type of cultivation. You have more options: Conventional, In transition, Organic.

Permanent crop |
Information, if crop is permanent or not. For grape production, field is marked automatically. |
Work Order |
Work order number. Work order is created automatically, based on Pantheon SE production. With double click, work order will open, with all information from production.

Planted subdivisions
Once production cycle is created, parcels or subdivisions must be allocated. Subdivision must be allocated even if the whole parcel is being cultivated.

Subdiv., Name |
Drop-down list contains a list of exisiting subdivisions, where you can pick an exisiting subdivision, or you can add a new subdivision. |
Parcel |
If you picked already created subdivision, Parcel will be selected automatically.
If you are adding new subdivision, you need to enter parcel from drop-down list. If you don't see correct land parcel, you need to insert it to Settings|Agricultural Holding|Parcel, where correct land use has to be choosen.

Area of subdivision. |
Amount |
Amount of trees in subdivision. |
Year Planted |
Year of planted vineyard. |
Value of New Crop |
Value of new crop (especially important for FADN reporting). |
Orentation |
Orientation of the area where orchard is planted. |
Slope (%) |
Slope of the orchard if it is in the hill. |
