Vehicles
The Vehicles submodule is in the Personnel module. It is intended for tracking company vehicles used by employees for private purposes, meaning that this is a benefit processed to employees in the payroll.
The submodule opens in the List of vehicles (see more below).
The window can be divided into two sections:
- Command line – with the New vehicle tab and the Add vehicle action button which both open an empty form to enter a new vehicle. The same form also opens if you select any vehicle, but the data is already entered.
- List of vehicles – opens by default and contains a list of all entered vehicles (see more below).
List of vehicles
You can search through the list of vehicles in the Search field.
The list enables sorting vehicles and filtering them by condition in the following columns:

Selecting one or several vehicles enables deleting one or more entries at the same time.

Vehicle registration number
|
Vehicle license plate (registration number).

Name
|
Name of the vehicle.

Note
|
Note entered onto the vehicle.

Fixed asset
|
A  (tick) marks vehicles that are included in the fixed assets inventory count.

|
Replacement vehicle
|
Replacement vehicle if selected.
|
|
Active
|
A (tick) marks an active vehicle (in use).
