Regulation Types

Open Regulation Types window by double-clicking the Type of Regulation field. Whenever creating regulations, create regulation types on-the-fly.

Use the Regulation Types register in order to diversify types of regulations (for intended use).

Basically, the regulations can be divided into: safety, working, materials and inspection regulations.
 

 

Enter the following fields:

Type Enter a three-digit alphanumeric ID of regulation type.
Name Enter a name of regulation type (cannot exceed 40 characters).
Description Click the icon to enter a description of regulation.
 

 

Click the report button to generate a report.

 

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated is displayed top-right.
Document Type ID and name of document type appear in the header.
Report Name The report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case "Regulation Types" - appears here.

Below you can see the following lines:

 

Type of regulation Displays a regulation type ID.
Name of regulation Displays a name of regulation type.
