Mass Copying of Product Specifications to Product Specifications
Examinations


When we selected in the upper part of the window, that the subject is an institution, that performs examinations, than in the window below opens an additional tab, where we enter examinations that the subject is performing. They can be medical examinations, inspections or health and safety at work.
In the tab Examinations, we enter additional fields:

We enter the name of the examination that we are entering – we name the exam

Examination Category
|
From drop down table we select the examination category we are entering. We can select between:
- Medical examination
- Inspection
- Health and safety at work

Examination Type
|
From the drop down table we select the examination type, we are entering. We can select between:
- First Examination
- Periodic Examination
- Extraordinary Examination
- Preventive Examination
- Regular Examination
- Check Up
|
Interval
|
We enter on how many months the examination is performed, but only when we selected in the examination type as periodic examination.

Performed by
|
The program will automatically determine the contractor for us, depending on which partner we enter the information. Here we can change manually the contractor, from the drop down table. If we will change the contractor, than the data will disappear from this subject and will appear at the selected contractor.

Enter a note or you can leave it empty.

Department
|
If you enter or select a department, then only the entered Examination type will appear in that department. And if you select it on the position than in the employee files you can select Examination type for that position.
