The following chapters provide examples of how to use the Warehouse Inventory Granule.
New inventory count |
An inventory count can be made at the end of the year or for a shorter accounting period. After an inventory count is done and entered into the (computer) system, the stock count has to be compared with the stock in (computer) system records. This chapter shows how to create an inventory count and how to use the feature Wizards. |
Inventory list |
The inventory list is a list of all documents that have been created during an inventory count. Sometimes, errors can occur when counting or you may find that the data has not been entered correctly into the system and you may end up with inventory excesses or shortages. In the overview of the inventory list, different limiting criteria can be selected. This chapter shows how to display the overview of inventory documents as well as how to identify inventory excesses and shortages. |
