Wine Bottling

Wine Bottling

Process of wine bottling can be recorded through this form. Bottled wine is stored in the warehouse with a calculation of its own price through the winemaking process. Wine gets new serial number and it can also be evaluated through the wine analysis.

Before user starts entering bottling task, data has to be set correctly.

Bottled wine has to be inserted into items with settings:

  • Serial number tracking K
  • Item type compound goods (like 201 or 202)
  • Primary U/M: PCS

Empty bottles have to be inserted into items, Administration panel under Farming | Agriculture | Winemaking | Bottles and added to stock.

  • Item type materials (like 500)
  • Primary U/M: PCS

General Data

This part contains information about work order.

Processing date

Date of processing (today's date by default).

End date Date of end task (today's date by default).
Wine Variety (item) Wine variety is selected from drop-down. You can select from wine varieties with specific serial numbers in stock.
Serial number If there is more than one serial number, you can select appropriate serial.
Bottled Wine (item) Final product of bottling with correct settings as described above.
Lot. no. Lot number of bottled wine.
Receiving to warehouse Warehouse, where bottled wine is stored.
Bottle Type (item) Type of wine bottles with correct settings as described above.
Warehouse Warehouse, where empty bottles are stored.
Stock Quantity of empty bottles on stock.
Volume Volume of bottles (as described in Administration panel).
Bottles in Lot Bottles needed based on quantity of wine.
Receiving document Document, created with wine bottling.
Status Status of work order.
 
Total Wine Qty Total quantity of selected wine.
Selected Wine Qty Quantity of wine selected for bottling.
Shrinkage (wine) Wine for disposal.
Unallocated Wine Quantity of wine not selected for bottling.
Labor Total (hrs) Total hours recorded for the task.
Work Order Work order for bottling task.
Poreklo Origin of selected wine.
Note Personal note.

Wine for Processing

In this table there is a list of containers, that sotre selected wine. The whole quantity of wine or just one container or a smaller quantity from the container can be selected. 

 

Select

Field for selection.

Cellar (subj) User selects a cellar, where container is situated.
Container (subj) User selects a container, where the wine is placed.
No. Number of container.
Wine Type Wine type is selected automatically from the container.
Volume Volume of container.
Stock Stock of wine in container.
Container Type Container type. Information is added automatically.
U/M Unit of measurement.
Document Number of created document.

Fixed Assets

In fixed assets table user selects fixed asset that was used in the process. User can select fixed asset if it is recorded in database and marked as equipment. Fixed assets can be searched by name or inventory number.

Workers

User selects workers that were participating in the process. Besides selecting a user, working hours can also be written. If user doesn't know hours done, he can select workers and write total hours in the header of window. Hours will be sistributed to the rest of the workers.

Used Material

Used material is a special separate division in this window. It is used to insert all the material, that was used in the process. User can insert more tha one type of material.

Item

Item as material, used in the process.

Name Name of the item.
Warehouse Warehouse, where material is stored.
Qty Quantity of used material.
U/M Unit of measurement for material.
Document Number of created document.
