Select Work-in-Progress - Detailed report in Manufacturing Analysis and set criteria accordingly.

Report of work in progress can be created for a specific date and you can restrict it by document types. Besides summary data you will find here also detailed data from receiving slips (products), issue slips (materials) and work completed.

 

Corresponding data can be found on work orders and are displayed in summary form at the end of report.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

 

Report Name Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Work-in-Progress - Detailed - appears here.
Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
User Displays ID and name of user, who generated the report.
Document Type Displays ID and name of document type by which you restricted the report.
Work-in-progress on Displays a date you selected to which status of work in progress is related. If you forgot to set the field in criteria, displays it for the current date.

The following data can be found in report header:

 

WO Displays an ID of work order.
Product Displays an ID of product in production.
Name Displays a name of product in production.
U/M Displays a unit of measurement used.
Quantity Displays a planned quantity of product in production.
Value Displays total value of planned products according to "Supplier's Price".
Transfer Displays value of quantity of transferred products. Information can be found as actual costs which are posted to work order before being transferred (issued materials and work completed). The latter are distributed among issued quantity proportionately. Every next transfer of products from work order costs are recalculated according to the total transferred quantity so far. When closing work orders actual costs of transferred products are once again recalculated to the current debit balance of cost.
Quantity Displays quantity of product that was delivered to warehouse.
Other Displays the remaining value of the planned scrap which was not transferred from work order.
Receiving Total Displays a total value of goods transferred from work order and received in warehouses.
Semi-Finished Products Displays value of semi-finished products issued to work order.
Material Displays value of materials issued to work order.
Work Displays value of completed work recorded in work order.
Hours Displays completed work recorded in work order and expressed in hours.
Issue Total Displays a total quantity of material issues and work completed.
 

Details:

 

Date Displays a date of document of receiving or issue.
Document Displays an ID of receiving or issue document of movement.
Line Displays number of line of document of movement.
Item Displays an item of document of movement.
U/M Displays a unit of measurement used.
Issue Displays a quantity issued for document of issue concerned.
Receiving Displays a quantity received for document of receiving concerned.
Price Displays price of issue or receiving.
Neg. Issue Displays value of negative issue.
Value Displays price of issue or receiving.

Bottom Section Offering Summary Data:

 

Transfer Displays total value of transfers from set work orders.
Quantity Displays a total quantity of products transferred from selected work orders and a total quantity of planned transfers.
Other Displays a total of remaining values of planned waste which were not transferred from selected work orders.
Transfer Total Displays total value of transfers from set work orders.
Semi-Finished Products Displays total value of semi-finished products from set work orders.
Material Displays total value of materials from set work orders.
Work Displays total value of work completed from set work orders.
Hours Displays total work completed from set work orders expressed in hours.
Issue Total Displays total value of material issues and work completed from set work orders.
