Here you can view listed all open and partially finished work orders. Shift through records in the database by using cursor keys and select a work order.

Below you can see the data appearing on list:

Produced it show progres of WO (how much of product was received)
Number Displays a number of work order.
Priority it shows Work Order priority
Date Displays date on which work order was created (with work orders created from sales order it equals the date of transfer).
Reporting Party Displays a subject from work order.
Produce By Displays a deadline to which the work order must be completed.
Product Displays ID of product in work order.
Name Displays a name of composite item.
Planned Qty Displays planned quantity in work order (that is, how much you have to produce).
Issued Qty Displays quantity issued using work order (for work orders having status I and D).
S (status) Work order status can be:
  • N - Open. Every newly-created work order is automatically assigned the Open status.
  • I - Finished. The status is assigned to work order after all quantity issued in production is finished.
  • D - Partially Finished. All work orders, where the ordered or issued quantity was already produced, are assigned this status. Work order is still partially open.
  • L - Released. The status can ONLY be assigned to an open work order just by entering or selecting letter "L". Example of use: Assign status "L" to a work order. It sets it for planned production in some time period. This way you for example get a chance of displaying of material requirements report, according to the planned production scope.
Consignee Displays a consignee from work order.
Created From Displays the process work order has gone through.
Dism. Such work order is dismantled.
64468.gif Sort by any column by simply clicking the title field in column. Create a work order by transferring from sales order (Transfer to WO command) or directly from the panel.
