Work schedule

The work schedule is used to enter any work schedules that apply at company level. The settings for work schedules in PANTHEON Web Light can be accessed in the module Settings | Work records | Work schedule.

This chapter shows how to create a new work schedule in PANTHEON Web Light.

CASE SUMMARY

The person responsible wants to create a new work schedule for single-shift work. The person responsible opens the settings for work schedules and starts creating a new work schedule. This is done as follows:

  1. Opening the settings for work schedules
  2. Creating a new work schedule

1. Opening the settings for work schedules

The person responsible wants to check the list of current work schedules.

To open the settings for work schedules, the person responsible selects the module Settings, tab Work records and clicks the panel Work schedule.

The list of currently available work schedules is displayed.

The person responsible can now create a new work schedule.

2. Creating a new work schedule

The person responsible wants to create a new work schedule for single-shift work.

In the the command line, the person responsible clicks the button +Add.

A blank window for creating a new work schedule opens.

In the field Code, the person responsible enters the desired identification code for the new work schedule, in this case "RDS".

From the drop-down list of the field Name, the person responsible selects Single-shift work.

The new single-shift work schedule will run on Day +1 from 06:00 to 14:00 in the form of regular work.

Clicking the table in the column Day +1 opens the window Edit.

In the field Start, the person responsible enters: 06:00.

In the field End, the person responsible enters: 14:00.

From the drop-down list of the field Type, the person responsible selects Regular work.

The work schedule for Day +1 is confirmed by clicking the button Save.

Then, the person responsible confirms the newly created RDS – single-shift work schedule by clicking the button Save in the top right corner.

The work schedule has now been added to the list of available work schedules.
