Hold-Up Types

Open the Hold-Up Types register by double-clicking the Hold-Up Reason field to report completed work in work orders (Manufacturing | Input Completed Work | Hold-Up Reason).

To create, change, delete or view hold-up types in manufacturing processses, open the Hold-Up Types register.

Use recorded hold-up types when reporting completed work individually or en mass. In addition, you can can enter time and reason for delay of operation.

Enter the following fields:

Number
Enter any two-digit alphanumeric hold-up ID.
Name
Enter a name of hold-up type which cannot exceed 30 characters.
 

 

Function buttons:

006559.gif Click it in order to copy to Hold-Up Types register. Before saving the record, just corrrect ID and name.
Click it to create a hold-ups report.

The following data are displayed in report header:

  • The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
  • ID and name of document type appear in the header.
  • The report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case "Hold-Up Types" - appears here.

The report displays numbers and names of reasons for delay.
