In this tab you can enter insurance policy which is valid for selected animal. You can also copy policy to other animals.If animal has valid insurance policy it will be added to treatment document.

  ->  Copy insurance to other animals

Insurance

Enter or select insurance company.
Policy No. Enter Insurance policy number.
Cow/Heifer Enter or select if you are inseminating a cow or heifer.
Particip. Perc. Enter participation percentage from insurance policy.
Insurance Item

Enter or select insurance Item, which serves to deduct value on the invoice that is covered by insurance.

000001.gif If the Only Active Items Can be Selected option has been selected in the   Document Types  settings only active Items will be shown in dropdown menu.
Valid from  Enter or select the starting date of the policy.
Valid to Enter or select the date when the policy expires.
