Help for PANTHEON

The Help module enables you to access different help options for using PANTHEON.
Help includes written user instructions, video tutorials or courses, access to remote support, or support through AION, an AI helper that pulls information from all sources., etc.
The Help feature is accessible from the majority of the forms in PANTHEON by clicking the ? icon in the toolbar or through the Main Menu, by selecting the Help option.

IMPORTANT
- When selecting help from a form, PANTHEON directs you to help specific to that form/field.
- E.g. if you access Help from the Classification Scheme form, the program will show instructions, videos, questions and answers, etc. relating to the Classification Scheme.

If you are unable to navigate the instructions or have specific questions, you can direct them to AION, our virtual UserSite helper.

|
Link to new additions to the program, such as improvements and changes, new video or written instructions, etc. This chapter presents a use case of reviewing the new additions.

Link to the list of known Bugs on the UserSite. This chapter presents a use case of accessing the Known Bugs list. |
Video Tutorials

Link to videos, classes and courses on the UserSite. This chapter presents a use case of accessing video tutorials from PANTHEON.

Forums
|
Link to the online forum on the UserSite. This chapter presents a use case of accessing the PANTHEON forums.

Remote Support
|
Remote support enables a support worker to use your desktop (computer) at the same time as you. The feature also enables connections between users. This chapter presents use cases of sharing the desktop with remote support.

Link to the Help Desk, where you can report a help request. This chapter presents a use case of submitting a question to the Help Desk.

AION
|
AION is an AI helper that takes information from the knowledge base, user manuals, technical instructions, video tutorials, news, and other knowledge databases.
AION helps you find suitable instructions, directs you in your work, and advises you in business matters. This chapter presents use cases of utilizing AION.

|
A window (card) containing key data about PANTHEON, such as user, serial number, licence, program version, database version, etc. This chapter presents a use case of reviewing the program data. |
